We welcome Smashers of ALL ages! However there are a few conditions to ensure safety: Anyone UNDER 18 years old - MUST have a Responsible Adult (18+) On-Site, and a waiver filled out by a Parent/Guardian/Teacher/Mentor Anyone UNDER 12 year old - MUST have a Responsible Adult (18+) IN the Smash Room with them, and a waiver filled out by a Parent/Guardian/Teacher/Mentor While we do not have a Minimum Age Requirement, this activity is recommended for ages 8 and above.

We work hard to ensure the safety of everyone involved! All participants are required to wear protective equipment at all times (Closed Toed Shoes, Goggles, Gloves & Clothing Protection). Staff are on-site to ensure everyone follows our safety protocols & are available in the event of an Emergency. It is important to listen to the safety briefing and follow all posted rules & regulations. All Smashes are recorded by Security Cameras with Live Access by Staff. Anyone participating in unsafe behaviour, as deemed by staff, will result in expulsion from the Smash Room, and possible ban from the property.

Generally we do not accept Walk-Ins. As a safety protocol, our main door stays locked at all times. We accept Online Bookings until the day before the requested date. We require Closed Toed Shoes for every participant - Crocs, Slippers, Sandals & Ugg Style Boots do NOT count as closed toed shoes. All foot wear must be able to withstand physical activity, and provide proper protection from glass, metal, wood scraps & tools/weapons. Smash Piece reserves the right to deny participant based upon improper footwear, without refund. You will be required to wear Safety Glasses & Gloves at all times. We reccommend wearing comfortable clothing, such as sports attire, jeans, sweaters, etc. You will be required to wear Coveralls over your existing clothing* * We strive to provide sizes for EVERYONE - However we may be limited by our supplier. Should you feel uncomfortable at any point with the sizes provided, please speak directly with Manager Kris.

We source most of our items from local Second Hand Stores, Non-Profits & Charities. All Smashables have been deemed "unsellable" by our partners, and would otherwise been sent to the landfill. We provide a second life for these broken items, and then try our best to reuse & recycle all of our waste. You can also donate your old or broken items by visiting our "Donate Your Sh*t" menu below, and receive a coupon code for your contribution.

We provide you with all the items you need to break! Based upon your selected Package, we will have those items set out for you in the Smash Room. We have a list of Smashables & Prohibited Items down below. You CANNOT break: Walls, Doors, Lighting, Fooring or anything labelled "Do Not Break" Don't worry! You'll still have plenty of stuff to Smash! All Smashes are recorded by security cameras with live access for staff. Destruction of Property deemed "Do Not Break" by staff, will result in immeadiate explusion and permanent ban from Smash Piece, without refund or rebooking.

We DO provide an option to bring in your own items to Smash! This can be found in our Packages Section! You cannot bring in anything on our Prohibited List & a staff member has the right to remove any item they deem unsafe. Provided this item complies with all local laws, you will get it back at the end of your booking. You CANNOT bring your own weapons!

All Sales are Final. We can reschedule bookings, provided 24hr notice is given. Bookings less than 24hr away, no shows, and bookings terminated for failure to comply to safety policies will not be refunded or rescheduled. The use of Alcohol & Recreational Substances that impair judgment, coordination or behaviour, is strictly forbidden before and during your booking. Participants MUST be sober and in full control of their actions to ensure the safety and wellebeing of themselves and others. Staff reserve the right to refuse anyone, based solely upon their own judgement, if they suspect Alcohol or Substance use, without a refund or rebooking.
